Natalie Utton reflexology,
Reflexology has been practiced for over 500 years and in the western world for over 100 years. It is a non intrusive complementary therapy which is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face and ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists believe that working these points or areas aids relaxation and helps improve wellbeing. Reflexology can help to ease the stress of modern life by improving a person’s general wellbeing. This includes not only the absence of illness, but it also helps with a better frame of mind, better relationships and increased happiness.
Things that may benefit from reflexology.
- Stress reduction
- Release of tension
Reflexology should not be used as an alternative to seeking medical advice
Natalie has worked for many years as a veterinary nurse, as well as running her own pet care business. The therapeutic, caring side of animal care has always been her passion, as well as a great interest in the anatomy and physiology side of nursing.
When her children were small, she set up and ran a breastfeeding support group, studying to become a breastfeeding counselor. She enjoyed many years helping to support breastfeeding mothers and groups across Devon and Cornwall.
Natalie has always treated herself and her family by using the appropriate complementary therapy. She felt compelled to become a therapist herself after personally experiencing the unmistakable benefits of reflexology. Natalie is a fully qualified reflexologist and registered member of the association of Reflexologists.
