A massage from Lily at The Haven At Harewood is a real highlight. From the moment I step through the door into the peaceful and cosy treatment room I begin to relax. There are a fabulous range of treatments available, it’s often difficult to decide which one to have! I think my top three are hot and cold stone massage, therapeutic massage with some aromatherapy oils in the mix, and the Thai hot poultice massage…. bliss! Lily is so experienced at reading me and she knows just what I need to unwind my body and calm my mind. It’s a fabulous treat as well as a necessity - keeping me well balanced and healthy.
